Israeli settlers raid a West Bank town

Illegal Israeli settlers attacked a West Bank town overnight, assaulting Palestinians and setting fire to homes and vehicles in a new wave of settler violence. During the attack on the town of Jit, a 23-year-old Palestinian was killed at the hands of the settlers. The High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, condemned the attacks aimed at terrorizing Palestinian civilians. "The Israeli government must stop these unacceptable actions immediately," Borrel said in a post on X.
