Kazakhstan: Citizens vote for constitutional amendments

Following deadly protests that toppled founding leader Nursultan Nazarbayev's three-decade control over Central Asia's richest country, Kazakhs overwhelmingly voted for constitutional reforms in a referendum, according to the election commission.
