Ma Xinmin, China's Foreign Ministry's legal adviser and representative at the ICJ

"Justice has been long delayed, but it must not be denied," China's Foreign Ministry's legal advisor, Ma Xinmin, told the International Court of Justice in The Hague. The International Court of Justice is holding public hearings on the illegitimacy of the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories where 52 countries are going to present their arguments before the court issues a non-binding advisory opinion.
