Maria Zakharova: Russia-Africa ties based on equal partnership

Speaking exclusively to Al Mayadeen at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that Russia views its cooperation with Africa as an equal and mutually beneficial partnership. The SPIEF kicked off its first day on June 5 with significant attendance from nations from different parts of the world and representatives of most companies. The forum's theme this year is "The Formation of New Areas of Growth as the Cornerstone of a Multipolar World."
