Palestinian Minister describes Netanyahu's speech at Congress as 'utter nonsense'
Following Netanyahu's speech at Congress, Palestinian Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Omar Awadallah, strongly criticized the address, calling it "utter nonsense" filled with "big lies" and supported by a "theatrical absurd comedy" of Congress members. Awadallah noted the significant absence of Congress members and highlighted the massive protests in support of Palestine. The Foreign Minister criticized Netanyahu for laying false foundations for the Middle East and diverting attention from "Israel" as the core problem. Moreover, he emphasized that Netanyahu's speech refutes international law and accused the US Congress of welcoming a war criminal wanted by the International Criminal Court.
