Pro-Palestine activists storm Elbit Systems HQ in UK targeting 'Israel's' arms supplies
Pro-Palestine activists from Palestine Action stormed the Elbit Systems headquarters in Bristol, UK, on Saturday, marking the 17th protest against the Israeli arms manufacturer in the UK since "Israel's" war on Gaza. Footage from the scene shows protesters on a Versalift, smashing the building’s top-floor windows. One activist declared, “This is for all the people in Palestine... until this war machine and terrorist state is dismantled—window by window, brick by brick, wall by wall, roof by roof.” Palestine Action asserts that since Israel unleashed its genocidal war on Gaza in October 2023, Elbit Systems has received at least 24 export licenses for arms sales to the Israeli occupation. A spokesperson for the group stated, “Elbit, [Prime Minister Sir Keir] Starmer, and those facilitating war crimes are the criminals—not those taking action to stop the slaughter in Palestine.”
