Putin sworn in as president for the fifth term

President Vladimir Putin was sworn in for a new six-year term on Tuesday at a Kremlin ceremony. Putin won a landslide victory in an election back in March. During his speech, he said that Russia did not rule out dialogue with the West, but it needed to be on equal terms. Putin also said that Russia was open to developing relations with other countries he described as "the world's majority."
