Qatar and Germany; the beginning of a diplomatic crisis?
A dark cloud seems to be passing over Qatar and Germany's relationship as Berlin's human rights envoy said she was postponing an official visit to Qatar after the Gulf nation reacted angrily to recent German government comments.
