The Biden grant : no greenlights, just enabling

When "Israel" launched its aggression on Lebanon, reports emerged about the US claiming that it did not give "Israel" any green light whatsoever. Amid this aggression, the US administration decided to give "Israel" more military aid, under a grant dubbed as the Biden grant. The US can claim that it is not giving "Israel" any fish, but the world knows it is providing it with the gear to get all the fish it wants; like it's not enabling "Israel's" genocide by giving it everything it needs for said genocide?
