The Iraqi parliament criminalizes normalization with "Israel"

The Iraqi Parliament passed the first reading of a bill banning normalization with "Israel". Iraq has never had diplomatic relations with "Israel", and the overwhelming majority of Iraqi political factions are opposed to normalizing relations with the Israeli occupation.
