Turkey raises the minimum wage

Turkey's monthly minimum wage will be 8,506.80 lira in 2023. President Tayyip Erdogan said earlier at a press conference that the minimum wage might be raised again throughout the year if required. Annual inflation has recently risen beyond 85% but has begun to drop slightly.
