Ukrainian and Russian delegates fight at summit

The Russian representative, Valery Stavitsky, who had taken down the Ukrainian flag was attacked by Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Marikovskyi. The incident took place at the 61st General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC). It was reported that the tensions erupted after Ukrainians interrupted a Russian official’s speech.
