US giving 'Israel' carte blanche to kill Americans

One would expect Washington to take measures against Tel Aviv for killing US citizens, such as halting military aid and imposing sanctions on perpetrators. But it seems that not all American citizens are equal when it comes to the issue of Israeli occupation and Palestinians' rights.
