Vietnamese President resigns after graft accusations

Vietnamese President Nguyen Xuan Phuc resigned on Tuesday after the governing Communist Party blamed him for "violations and wrongdoing" by officials under his command, the government said, in a significant development of the country's anti-corruption campaign.
