What would the UK have done?

UK Foreign Minister David Cameron expressed his hypocritical views on Iran's legitimate retaliatory attack on "Israel", which came as a response to "Israel's" aggression on the Iranian consulate in Damascus. What would the UK, which is currently engaging in the illegal bombing of Yemen, do if one of its consulates were flattened by a hostile state?
