Banksy first came into prominence after his “Girl with a Balloon” artwork was found in London, 2002. Banksy has developed his skill set to include filmmaking and political activism, with his artworks bearing powerful political and social dimensions alongside their creative execution.

In 2017, Banksy opened the “Walled Off Hotel” in the Palestinian town of Bethlehem, right across the Israeli apartheid separation wall.
