'Israel’s' attack on UNRWA is a conspiracy against Palestinian refugee rights

As the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled against “Israel’s” legal delegation and ordered provisional measures to cease violations of the Genocide Convention, the Zionist regime mounted a pre-planned attack on the UN and the credibility of its agencies. This conspiracy enacted specifically against UNRWA is part of an Israeli plot to destroy the Palestinian Right of Return, and the West is fully complicit.

To begin with, the idea that the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) is somehow complicit in Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, due to unsubstantiated allegations against 12 employees of the UN agency, cannot be entertained as in any way legitimate. The first reason for this is that on December 29 of last year, The Times of Israel released a report in which it revealed - after a Hebrew Channel 12 story was released on the topic - that the Israeli Foreign Ministry had produced a “high-level classified” report, which was to be immediately sent to the Zionist cabinet, detailing a plan to push UNRWA out of Gaza after the war. The first step said to have been outlined in this document was to write up a “comprehensive report on alleged UNRWA cooperation with Hamas, which rules Gaza, and the entanglement of the UN body that provides welfare and humanitarian services for Palestinian refugees."

On top of this, we have to also take into consideration that UNRWA employs over 13,000 Palestinians in Gaza, making the 12 accused roughly only 0.092% of the total number of staffers. The 12 accused are mainly working as school teachers, two of whom are dead, nine of whom were already fired, and none of whom were in senior positions. Therefore, in the hypothetical event that all 12 were found guilty in some way of participating in the operation on Israeli-occupied Palestinian lands, it, in no way, reflects the UN body itself. However, the evidence to support the Israeli claims is thin to begin with, as the majority of the information that their dossier relies on is based on interrogations of alleged Hamas members, conducted by the Shin Bet. The Shin Bet is notorious for its use of torture to extract false confessions.

Given that the Israeli Foreign Ministry has clearly conspired to attack UNRWA, this gives birth to a number of other questions that must be posed. If there was a conspiracy to write this dossier, what is the real issue that the Zionist entity has with UNRWA, and, by extension, the United Nations? Also, why have the collective West’s governments instantly replied by cutting off funds to UNRWA at a time when Gaza suffers an Israeli-imposed famine and endures what UN aid chief Martin Griffiths has called “the worst ever” humanitarian crisis?

Principally, the Zionist regime opposes and has always opposed UNRWA for keeping the Palestinian refugee question alive. UNRWA registers some 6 million Palestinian refugees, who were ethnically cleansed from Palestine or are the descendants of those expelled. Being registered refugees at the agency set up in 1949, those who are documented by UNRWA have a valid claim to invoke UN resolution 194; the Right of Return under international law.

The Zionists, whose racist regime only allows Jews to become Israeli citizens and live in Palestine, prohibit Palestinians from enjoying their right of return under international law, due solely to their ethnicity.

This double standard reflects the racist policies enforced by the Apartheid regime and serves as a constant reminder of their illegitimate origins as settler colonial foreigners. They lay claim to a land where Persians, descendants of Romans, or any group that has ever occupied Palestine could make a case.

The dismantlement of UNRWA essentially deals a major blow to the Palestinian Right of Return, which is why the US Trump administration also cut funding to it. The Zionist entity is currently committing acts of genocide against the people of Gaza. Attacking UNRWA and having Western nations withdraw their funds serve to expedite this process.

Without UNRWA, many thousands of Palestinians face the risk of death due to lack of aid. Additionally, instability could arise in the refugee camps within Lebanon; a situation the Zionists would likely welcome. They want to witness impoverished refugees fighting, dying of starvation, and relinquishing their claim to their lands. Yes, that is really what these allegations are about. It’s not about October 7, it's not about the Israeli captives held by the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza either, in reality, it is about the insatiable bloodlust of a narcissistic racist regime, run by fascist thugs who crave more Palestinian suffering to bolster their sense of strength.

Another aspect of this conspiracy by the Israeli regime is the ability to try and undermine the United Nations as a whole, by linking it to Hamas, damaging the credibility of its agencies who were extensively quoted by South Africa’s legal team at The Hague. The narcissistic entity grew angry when a nation who had defeated its settler colonial cancer and won democracy for the South African people dared to confront it as a settler colonial regime. It also could not deal with the result of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), for having dared to accept the premise that “Israel” was committing acts of genocide.

The Israelis suffer from a strange kind of collective national narcissism, one in which they are both the victim and the hero at the same time. Therefore, the Israelis argue that they are both defeating their enemies while being humane to them and that they are also suffering the worst persecution known to mankind. This is why they constantly talk about the deaths of Israelis - at least some of whom they killed themselves - as “the worst attack on Jews since the Holocaust." Then, when someone points out that - proportionate to the size of each side's population - the death toll in Gaza is 150 times greater than that in "Israel" on October 7, they [Israelis] must still somehow turn themselves into the victim again as a response, before telling you why they are also the strong hero that is saving the day.

Feeding into this psychotic and genocidal gangster regime’s lies, the Western governments have - either willingly or unwillingly - decided to put the UN on trial and to help accelerate the genocide in Gaza. This effort, led by the US, could be interpreted as a petty form of revenge against the Palestinian people and the top legal organ of the United Nations for daring to challenge their actions and those of their allies in “Tel Aviv”.

The US and “Israel'' are joined at the hip, as the rest of the pathetic collective West tags along. When the governments of the rest of the West are told to jump by Washington, they simply reply, “How high?”. Therefore, this action against UNRWA and by extension the entire Palestinian people, in addition to the United Nations, represents an act of collective punishment carried out by the entire collective West.
