Al Aqsa is your home
After what we have been witnessing in Palestine of shooting young Palestinians from a point-blank range, no Western country should open its mouth and dare speak about human rights, international laws, or freedom.
Both Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch issued two separate reports about Palestine stating that "Israel is an apartheid state," and that the system of apartheid is not part of the past, but rather, a reality lived and suffered by millions of Palestinians on their occupied territories every single day. Amnesty added that it "observes the unjustified killings and the random arrest, torture and collective punishment used by Israeli authorities against Palestinian citizens."
Those are the most important international organizations observant of International Law.
Nevertheless, the world didn’t give ear to what these two organizations have documented against Israeli authorities for a simple and obvious reason, which is that the entire West is racist against the Palestinians and Arabs. The West does not see Arabs as equal to its peoples in humanity, whereas the Israelis are, according to them. Another reason is that the West, particularly the US, Australia, and Canada, built their empires on the ashes of indigenous people who were wiped out by the white man who usurped their land and confiscated their wealth of culture, art, and knowledge. That is why they find the Israeli aggressions and the crimes they perpetrate "normal" and even "acceptable" to them. Michael Lynk, the UN Human Rights Rapporteur, was absolutely right when he held the International society responsible for allowing "Israel" to establish an apartheid system over the past decades in Palestine.
This introduction should explain the absence of BBC and CNN from the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Arab men and women, Christians and Muslims, face live Israeli bullets with their bare chests in a historic determination to save their Aqsa and Church. This comes at a time when the entire world maintains silence in the face of the most horrifying crimes perpetrated against the indigenous people, their land, their rights, and their holy places.
After what we have been witnessing in Palestine of shooting young Palestinians from a point-blank range, no Western country should open its mouth and dare speak about human rights, international laws, or freedom.
Marine Le Pen, for example, wants to prevent Muslim women from wearing Hijab, and she dares mention freedom in her speech. Such people seem schizophrenic to me, and they are not subtle enough to choose a narrative that may at least help downplay their racism, their absolute lack of understanding of what freedom or human rights truly mean.
After what we watched on TV screens of Western journalists screaming about Ukrainian refugees "Those are not Iraqis, those are not Syrians, those are Europeans with fair skin and blue eyes", who should ever believe a word of Western propaganda about equality and Human Rights and freedom?!
Western leaders (if there is any in the real and historic sense of the word) are well advised to listen to the Chinese leader Xi Jinping, who believes that you cannot have urban prosperity if rural areas are not developed, and you cannot have a prosperous East unless efforts are made to make the entire world prosperous because we live on one planet, and we share its strong and weak points whether we like that or not.
Those who sent terrorists to Syria are now dealing with the same terrorists burning their cities and institutions exactly as they did in Syria, and those who have waged an economic war against us and Russia are paying the price in their own supermarkets and gas stations. Those who keep their mouths shut about the sufferings of Palestinians will have to deal with similar sufferings in their own homes; this is the law of nature.
The West is absolutely destructive, not only to those targeted but even to those who uphold it and believe that they are superior and immune. When fire overtakes the entire planet, no one will be immune, and at that moment, no one can be saved even if they were prepared to give up the creed of racism; it would simply be too late. What should be done has to be done now. Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in occupied Al-Quds, Palestine, are not far away and what befalls them today will befall you tomorrow. The causes of the second world war are worthy of being revisited.
