"Israel" is not a democratic regime. The historical myth of a "democratic Israel"’ is the propaganda of the elite European Zionist lobby operating in Britain, in the United States, in France, in Germany and in several countries in Europe, and even in the former Soviet Union. A ‘Racist and Apartheid’ regime with legalized inequality and racial discrimination, constructing illegal walls and military outposts as per the Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice which restricts Palestinian access to life and livelihood cannot be a ‘democratic’ regime. Eminent leaders of South Africa, including the late Reverend Desmond Tutu who fought Apartheid in South Africa, observed after visiting "Israel" and Palestinian territories, that Israeli Apartheid was worse than the policy of Apartheid in White Nationalist South Africa. Yet the United Nations continues to permit the existence of a ‘Racist and Apartheid’ State and has neither suspended nor expelled "Israel" from the United Nations.

It was left to India after liberation in August 1947 from British Colonial Rule, to highlight in the United Nations during the debate on the 1947 Partition of Palestine Resolution, that Palestine was Palestinian Arab territory and could not be partitioned. India voted against the Partition Resolution dividing Palestine into two States and opposed the establishment of the "State of Israel". This was in keeping with the stand of Mahatma Gandhi, who was far more than an eminent jurist. Mahatma Gandhi studied the entire issue relating to the British Balfour Declaration for the creation of a so-called ‘Jewish homeland’, and the history and pattern of European Jewish migrations and settlements in Palestine promoted by the British Imperial colonial power, and was firm in his assertion that Palestine belonged to Palestinians. It was this UN General Assembly Partition Resolution of 1947 which led to the creation of a militarized Colonial-Settler and Apartheid regime of "Israel", which today is in violation of all resolutions of the United Nations on Palestine and all UN resolutions on De-Colonization and National Self-Determination. "Israel" has continuously violated International Conventions on Genocide, Racism and Apartheid; and repeatedly waged wars of aggression, committing war crimes and crimes against humanity with impunity, violating the Nuremberg Principles, "Israel" since it was established in 1948 daily violates Geneva Conventions in occupied Palestinian territories. 

The real issue in the case of "Israel" is not a mere violation of Human Rights as projected by a few Human Rights NGOs and UN Rapporteurs. From the perspective of International Law, International Criminal Law and the United Nations Charter, the Zionist Israeli Project in its entirety is a violation of basic and foundational principles of International Law and civilized principles of Jurisprudence, as ethnic cleansing, genocide, wars of aggression, war crimes and crimes against humanity, racism and apartheid and violations of the Geneva Conventions, have been an integral part of the European Zionist Israeli colonial occupation project from its inception, and is still ongoing.

The third reason why Jurists did not question the legality of the Anglo-American-Zionist and European Israeli project, is the false Biblical and religious myths fostered by Zionism and its Anglo-American and European lobbyists, including at the highest levels of government. The European Jewish population brought into "Israel" as immigrants by British, European and United States of America’s Zionist policies, the dominant political group in "Israel", are not Semitic or Arab. Many are European Jews with their origins traced back to the East of Europe and to the region of Khazaria, from where they migrated into East, Central and Western Europe over centuries. Political leaders, academics and jurists collaborated in fostering the myth of an ancient Biblical connection of the European Jewish immigrants to the Ancient Jewish Kingdom of the Middle East. There was a failure by jurists, historians and sociologists, to expose the real history of the European Jewish people and their migration to "Israel". Before the first world war, the Jewish population of Palestine was minuscule, less than 25,000. Deliberately overlooked by the majority of jurists, journalists and political analysts were the role and impact of the secret, initially tripartite Sykes-Picot Pact of 1916 exposed by the Bolsheviks after the Russian Revolution of 1917 which led to the seizure by Britain and France of Palestinian and Lebanese territories of Syria and of Iraq, from the Ottoman Empire at the end of the First World War, with the assistance and military support of the United States, and the real nature of the ‘Jewish homeland’ announced by the Balfour Declaration of 1917. 

The Balfour Declaration was in reality a diplomatic letter addressed by Lord Arthur James Balfour, the British Foreign Secretary to the British Zionist Banker Baron Lionel Walter Rothschild of the British Zionist Federation, serving Anglo-American banking and financial interests globally, declaring that Britain in agreement with Zionism would establish a ‘Jewish Homeland’ in Palestine. The secret aspect of this agreement publicly revealed by the Secretary of the Zionist Federation of Britain, was that this ‘Jewish homeland’ was to be established by the British in consideration for the World Zionist Organization’s powerful lobbyists in the United States, including Zionist Bankers and financiers, influencing President Wilson of the United States to join and support Britain and the Entente powers in the First World War against the Central powers led by Germany; even though President Wilson was elected on the basis of his assurance to the then anti-war US electorate, that the United States would not be involved in the European war. It was after achieving the secret objective of US military and financial support for Britain in the First World War, which was the secret agreement between Great Britain and the World Zionist Federation not disclosed in the Balfour Declaration; that Britain began actively promoting European Jewish migration into Palestine, in accordance with the Balfour Declaration. 

The Jewish population of Palestine at the end of the First World War declined to 60,000 in 1918, despite a few thousand members of the Russian and East European communities fleeing Tsarist and East European persecution and migrating to Palestine then part of the Arab territories of the Ottoman Empire, under Zionist influence. Britain in the Command Paper of 1922 on Jewish immigration into Palestine announced that the existing community of Jewish people which numbered 80,000 in 1922, mainly of European Jewish origin, was to be increased and developed with support from Zionist Jewish Associations and migrations from other parts of the world. The Command Paper of 1922 emphasized that this Jewish migration should rest upon ancient historical connection, ‘as of right’, to make Palestine into a ‘Jewish center of the world… which should be internationally guaranteed. ‘This was done in violation of Britain’s earlier agreement before the First World War with the Sharif of Mecca, Husain Ibn Ali, that in consideration of the support of Arab armies to Britain against the Ottoman Empire, the independence of all Arab countries in the region including Palestine, would be recognized. The assurances were given in the correspondence of Sir Henry McMahon, the British High Commissioner to Egypt on behalf of the British Cabinet with the Sharif of Mecca, leading the Arab revolt against the Ottoman Empire, which benefited the British Empire from taking over vast territories of the Ottoman Empire with the assistance of the Arab revolt. After the Command Paper of 1922 was promulgated, European Jewish migration into Palestine increased, however, Palestinians still continued to be overwhelmingly in the majority.

A few ideologues of the World Zionist Federation in Europe despairing at the slow pace of European Jewish migration to Palestine prior to 1930, propagated that unless the Jewish people suffered acute hardship in Europe, the Zionist objective of establishing a ‘Jewish Homeland’ in Palestine would not be achieved. Transoceanic migration of European Jews along with other Europeans from the Continent of Europe was taking place on a continuous basis in the first few decades of the 20th Century. The most favored destination of European Jewish people as of other religious groups in Europe, continued to be the United States of America. Of approximately 2,367,000 European Jews who left Europe prior to 1924, the overwhelming majority of 2,022,000 European Jews settled in the United States of America; whereas only 3 percent of this migration of European Jews was to Palestine. This altered after the US Immigration Act was passed in 1924, prescribing country-wide quotas for US immigration. It is believed that this was done to increase the migration of European Jews into Palestine, and to assist the establishment of a Zionist regime. 

The Haavara Agreement of 25 August 1933 signed by the Zionist Federation of Germany and the Nazi Party with the active cooperation of the British Anglo-Palestine Bank, considerably increased the pace of European Jewish immigration into Palestine . This Haavara Agreement mandated that a specified percentage of the proceeds of property of German and European Jews seized by the Nazi party would be paid to the European Jewish people whose property was seized by the Nazi Party, through the Anglo-Palestine Bank in Palestine, provided they migrated to Palestine. It was also agreed by the Zionist Federation of Germany and the Nazi Party that an additional specified percentage of European Jewish property confiscated in Germany  would be released by the Nazi Party to the Jewish Agency in Palestine through the Anglo-Palestine Bank, to be used by the Jewish Agency in Palestine to import German goods into Palestine. It was this agreement that accelerated the Anglo-American-Zionist and European Project of "Israel". European Jews whose property was forcibly and “criminally” confiscated by Nazi Germany migrated to Palestine, as the only way to recover part of the proceeds of their properties seized in Nazi Germany. The Haavara Agreement exposes that the German Jewish and European Jewish population were mere cannon fodder for the World Zionist Organization, and for the British and the Nazi party, collaborating to compel and herd European Jewish into Palestine to create a European Colonial-Settler Apartheid State in the region. Despite this tripartite conspiracy of the Haavara Agreement, the British White Paper on Palestine in 1939 revealed that since the promulgation of the British Command paper of 1922 relating to Jewish migration into Palestine was published, only 300,000 Jews migrated into Palestine, increasing their total population in Palestine to 450,000 and that was only one-third of the population of Palestine; Palestinians despite this increased migration remained in an overwhelming majority. The White Paper of 1939 announced that an independent state would be established in the region in ten years in a treaty relation with the UK, after consultations with the Jewish and Arab populations.

From the nineteen thirties onwards, as the Palestinian Arab people began opposing increasing European Jewish immigration into Palestine adversely impacting Palestinian livelihood and land ownership, the British armed Haganah and later Irgun and other Zionist terrorist organizations began pogroms against Palestinians resisting Zionist Jewish takeover of land and properties. In 1947, when the UN Palestine Partition Resolution was passed by the UN General Assembly,despite almost over half a century of Zionist Anglo-American and European collaboration to coerce European Jewish settlers into Palestine, Palestinians were still in a majority in Palestine, approximately 65 percent of the population, whereas the Jewish population was only 35 percent. Despite this demographic reality, in violation of International Law and the history of the region, a Zionist Colonial –Settler State of "Israel" was established in 1948,which had already begun genocidal, ethnical cleansing, land confiscation and bulldozing of Palestinian homes operations, with Palestinian Arabs reduced to subhuman status. Their elimination did not result any response from the Judicial system of "Israel". The Israeli Judiciary permitted seizure of Palestinian agricultural land, river waters and water reservoirs of villages, homes and properties and demolitions; upholding restrictions on access to Holy shrines for Palestinian Muslims and Christians. Racial discrimination and apartheid was Israeli policy, along with restrictions on inter-racial marriages between Jews and Arabs.

Just as the European Jewish population was forced out of Europe, devastated by an Imperialist War to restructure Europe and the world, Ukrainian European Jews are now being given dual citizenship and settled in Israeli settlements on land seized from Palestinians. Ukraine has been converted into an advanced US-UK-Zionist and NATO military, intelligence and bio- weapons base to destroy Ukraine, the Russian Federation and Europe, in collusion with Ukrainian Israeli Oligarchs including billionaire Ihor Valeriyovych Kolomoyskyi now "Israel" based, former Governor of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast in Ukraine; the mentor and patron of President Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelensky of Ukraine, a TV actor of Ukrainian Jewish origin. This is part of a wider military, economic, financial trade and global NATO war in conspiracy with Zionism, to once again attempt to restructure the world.
