1 million+ Palestinians displaced in Gaza since May 6

Since May 6, more than one million Palestinians have been displaced in the south and the north of the Gaza Strip, according to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). This comes as “Israel” continues to attack the Jabalia refugee camp, Nuseirat area, and Deir al-Balah, as well as Rafah. OCHA said that according to a Protection Cluster analysis, the contamination of agricultural land with Explosive Ordnance (EO) will have long-lasting negative impacts, limiting the people's capacity to sustain themselves and generate livelihoods alongside a protracted risk of physical injury.
