Consecutive earthquakes hit Iran's Khuzestan province, no casualties
Authorities have placed all emergency services in the province on high alert, after two consecutive earthquakes hit the area.

Two earthquakes, measuring 4.4 and 5.4 in magnitude, struck Iran's western Khuzestan province on Sunday evening, according to Iranian media.
The tremors occurred within minutes of each other at 10:18 pm and 10:25 pm local time (18:48 and 18:55 GMT), Mehr News Agency reported.
Authorities have placed all emergency services in the province on high alert, the report added.
Mild tremors were also felt in Kermanshah province, which borders Iraq, but there have been no reports of casualties or damage to infrastructure, according to Mehr.
