Four dead, 70 injured in toxic gas leak in Jordan's Aqaba port
After a tank filled with toxic gas fell during transportation, causing a gas leak, four died and 70 were injured.
State television reported that a toxic gas leak from a storage tank in Jordan's Aqaba port killed four people and injured 70 others.

Specialized teams were dealing with the leak after a tank filled with toxic gas fell during transportation, causing a gas leak at the site, according to state news agency Petra, citing a Public Security Directorate spokesperson.

The area was immediately evacuated, and specialists were called in to deal with the situation. Aqaba Governor Mohammad Al Radayaa stated that the situation "has been controlled."
Civil Defense teams have transported a number of injured people to hospitals, where they are all being treated.
