"Israel" is committed to utilizing US weapons in compliance with international law, said Israeli occupation Minister Yoav Gallant in a letter inked to US President Joe Biden, according to Axios.

The reporter who revealed this information is Israeli settler Barak Ravid, who serves as a diplomatic correspondent for Axios, Israeli news website Walla, and others.

Ravid underscored that the letter was inked on Thursday, hours  before the new Kuwait Roundabout massacre that claimed the lives of over 100 Palestinian people waiting for food as they from "Israel's" policy of engineered starvation.

The letter also allegedly assured the allowance of "US-supported" humanitarian aid into Gaza.

It is important to note that Ravid also revealed that the Israeli occupation's war cabinet had given Gallant the "green light" to "sign the letter of assurances" earlier on Sunday, however, it appears that Gallant waited for Thursday until he signed.

'Israel' must facilitate US humanitarian aid

This comes after the US national security memorandum, published on February 8, stipulated that prior to receiving US weapons, a country was required to furnish "credible and reliable written assurances" that it would use such weapons in accordance with international humanitarian law.

Once this was established, the memorandum asserted that the country in question would "facilitate and not arbitrarily deny, restrict, or otherwise impede, directly or indirectly, the transport or delivery of United States humanitarian assistance and United States Government-supported international efforts to provide humanitarian assistance."

'Israel' deliberately kills Palestinians awaiting aid in Gaza, again

A great number of Palestinians were killed, with dozens injured in an Israeli shelling that targeted people awaiting aid near Kuwait Roundabout southeast of Gaza City.

The Health Ministry in Gaza confirmed that more than 200 Palestinians fell casualty as a result of the Israeli shelling.

The Ministry first said that 20 martyrs and 155 injured had arrived at the al-Shifa Medical Complex, while one martyr and six wounded arrived at Kamal Adwan Hospital.

It pointed out that the process of retrieving the bodies of other martyrs and evacuating the wounded is ongoing despite the difficult field situation at the location of the massacre, anticipating an increase in the number of martyrs due to the severity of the injuries reaching Gaza hospitals.

Earlier today, Gaza's government media office announced that the number of martyrs had risen to more than 100, with over 200 injured.
