The Government Media Office in Gaza reported Friday that the Israeli occupation forces have committed 2,503 massacres since the beginning of their aggression on the Gaza Strip, which increases the number of Palestinians killed or missing since October 7 to 35,775.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced in a statement that the number of Palestinians killed since the beginning of the Israeli aggression has risen to 28,775, in addition to 68,552 injured.

It confirmed that in 24 hours only, Israeli occupation forces committed 10 massacres against families in Gaza, killing 112 Palestinians and injuring 157 others.

The Ministry emphasized that many victims remain under the rubble, and are presumed dead, as the occupation forces have been deliberately preventing ambulances and civil defense crews from reaching them.

It also pointed out that Israeli occupation forces raided the administration building of the Nasser Medical Complex in the main southern city of Khan Younis, forcing women and children to move from the old Nasser building without their belongings to the maternity building, which has been turned into a military barracks.

In the same context, the Ministry announced the martyrdom of five patients in the Complex "as a result of the stopping of generators that caused a cut in oxygen supply" earlier today, raising fears for four other patients admitted to the unit and three children in a nursery.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza appealed to all international institutions to urgently intervene to save patients and medical teams in Nasser Medical Complex before it's too late, holding the Israeli occupation responsible for the well-being of patients and medical teams, considering that the facility is now under its full control.

On Thursday, the Ministry noted that hundreds of people, including patients and medical staff, had still been inside the Nasser Medical Complex.

"The occupation forces are still detaining a large number of medical staff, patients and displaced people in the maternity building, and are subjecting them to interrogations," it said late Friday.

Medical charity Doctors Without Borders said on Thursday that the shelling of the Complex had forced its staff to flee, leaving patients behind.

The UN Human Rights Office said the Israeli raid on the medical facility appeared to be "part of a pattern of attacks by Israeli forces striking essential life-saving civilian infrastructure in Gaza, especially hospitals."
