'Israel' deliberately reduced Gaza schools, health centers to rubble
A recent statement by the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor accuses "Israel" of intentionally demolishing schools and medical facilities in Gaza, including those operated by UNRWA.
A Geneva-based rights group accuses "Israel" of deliberately demolishing schools and medical facilities, including those operated by the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA), during its ongoing genocide in Gaza.
According to a statement released by the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor (Euro-Med) on Thursday, Israeli attacks destroyed several schools and a medical clinic in Gaza City's al-Zaytoun neighborhood, forcing numerous families to be forcibly displaced.
The group also highlighted deadly Israeli strikes on the al-Sabra Clinic, where forcibly displaced individuals sought shelter, and recent raids on UNRWA schools in Jabalia.

Euro-Med condemned "Israel's" militarization of civilian buildings like hospitals and schools, in violation of international law. It called on the international community to pressure "Israel" to halt attacks on schools and safeguard educational institutions in Gaza from further military assaults.
Furthermore, Euro-Med criticized "Israel" for converting educational centers into military bases, citing it as part of a colonial legacy aimed at undermining Palestine's cultural and educational heritage.

It is Israel and NOT Hamas who has systematically used schools as a military bases for military operations in Gaza. (Not Hamas, but Israel!) pic.twitter.com/9cnPuoF07H
In the same context, the UN agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) said on Tuesday that it uncovered thousands of pounds of explosives inside schools and on roads after Israeli troops pulled out from Khan Younis.
'Israel' killed over 100 scholars, academics in Gaza genocide
The Israeli occupation forces had murdered more than 100 scholars and academics during the ongoing genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, the government media office in Gaza said Thursday.
The government office further pointed out that this step was a clear message from the Israeli occupation that it aims to completely eliminate scientists and researchers in the educational sector, as this comes on top of the paramount destruction suffered by said sector since the start of the war.
More than 103 universities and schools have been completely destroyed and another 311 suffered from damages of varying severity.
The office also condemned the occupation's assassination of scientists, academics, university professors, and researchers, calling on all universities and educational sectors all over the world to condemn this crime, which falls within the framework of genocide.
