Seven Palestinians were killed by Israeli bullet fire on Thursday, as the Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Qabatiya, located in southernmost Jenin in the occupied West Bank, after they besieged an area that includes Izzat Abu al-Rab and Qabatiya schools.

The seven martyrs are Ahmad Zakarna, Mustafa Zakarna, Shadi Zakarna, Omar Abu al-Rab, Mohammed Abu al-Rab, and Mohammed Kumail.

Two of the martyrs were killed by Israeli bullets, and one of them was killed after an Israeli drone struck a vehicle near the Maqahi complex in Qabatiya. Meanwhile, a child sustained severe injuries, and a Palestinian man was moderately injured after being shot by the IOF.

Three others were martyred after being directly shot by live bullets, while 10 Palestinians were injured by the IOF, two of whom in an Israeli car ramming operation.

The Israeli occupation forces then opted to throw the bodies of three Palestinian martyrs off the roof where they were killed after surrounding the structure. The IOF is not holding their bodies hostage after an Israeli bulldozer carried them away.

Among those arrested are a Palestinian woman, a journalist, and a cancer patient, as well as former detainees like Jamal al-Hindi, who had spent 22 years in Israeli prisons.

The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, in collaboration with the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS), stated in a joint announcement that most of the detentions occurred in the Qalqilya governorate, with additional arrests in Ramallah, Beit Lahm, Jenin, Nablus, and al-Quds.
