104 personnel killed in ongoing Gaza genocide: UNRWA
In the past 24 hours alone, several attacks occurred on UN shelters, leading to the death and injury of numerous internally displaced persons (IDPs).
In its most recent situation update, the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) reported that the number of casualties among its personnel during the continuing genocide in Gaza has reached 104.
"On 18 November, one UNRWA colleague was killed in the North area due to strikes. In total, 104 colleagues have been killed since the beginning of the war. This is the highest number of United Nations aid workers killed in a conflict in the history of the United Nations," the agency said.
Since the beginning of the war on Gaza, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has surpassed 12,300. UNRWA estimates that nearly 1.7 million individuals have been displaced in the region since October 7, with almost 884,000 seeking shelter in 154 UNRWA installations, including those in northern Gaza.
UNRWA reported that its facilities have faced repeated aggressions in recent weeks. In the past 24 hours alone, several attacks occurred, leading to the death and injury of numerous internally displaced persons (IDPs).
"At least 778 IDPs sheltering in UNRWA premises have been reportedly injured and at least 176 were reported killed since 7 October. The number of killed and injured IDPs is an estimate and it is likely to be higher," the report read.

UNRWA reported a direct strike on Al-Fakhoura school in a northern Gaza refugee camp near Jabalia, resulting in the death of at least 24 people on Saturday. Witnesses stated that approximately 7,000 people were seeking shelter at the UNRWA-run school during the incident. The death toll is anticipated to increase.
I watched with sheer horror reports from an attack on the al-Fakhoura @UNRWA school-turned-shelter in northern Gaza. It is just cruel.

Since the start of the war on Gaza, the UN has systematically issued reports on the deteriorating situation in Gaza.
However, it has failed to acknowledge the terrorist nature of the Israeli Occupation Forces.
The IOF's genocidal campaign has claimed the lives of thousands of civilians, including over a hundred UN personnel among the martyred.
On November 10, Gilad Erdan, "Israel's" Permanent Representative to the United Nations justified the killing of UN staffers by claiming "Many UNRWA workers in Gaza are themselves members of Hamas. The time has come to bust the myth of UN-supplied facts."
