11 dead, 30 injured in chain-reaction car accident in Turkey
A chain-reaction car accident in Mersin, Turkey has left eleven people dead and at least 30 injured.
Eleven people were killed and 30 were injured in a chain-reaction road accident on a highway in southeastern Turkey on Sunday, according to Halk TV, citing Mersin Governor Ali Hamza Pehlivan.
This came after the Aykiri news outlet reported that nine people were killed and dozens were injured in a chain-reaction accident involving a bus in the city of Mersin.

One person killed, 7 injured in cable car incident in Turkey
In April, a tragic cable car accident in Turkey's southern province of Antalya resulted in one death and seven injuries.
A total of 184 individuals were left stranded in 25 suspended cabins when the system halted. The Duvar online news portal reported, citing Antalya Mayor Muhittin Bocek.
Two children were injured when the cable car cabin collided with a fallen cable car pole. Firefighters, police, medical personnel, and rescue teams were dispatched.
