Salih receives the credentials of the ambassadors of Russia, Turkey, Somalia, the Philippines, Uzbekistan, and Ethiopia.

Iraqi President Barham Salih asserted that "Iraq is based on a fundamental principle that encourages international solidarity in the face of various global challenges. In addition to supporting international and regional coordination to reduce tensions and strengthen Iraq’s relations with the international community on the basis of cooperation and coordination and achieving the common interests of the public and nations."

While receiving the credentials of the ambassadors of Turkey, Philippines, Russia, Somalia, Uzbekistan, and Ethiopia, Salih pointed out that “confronting terrorism and extremism, health crises and climate change are common challenges that should be addressed and coordinated between countries.”

"The country is looking towards construction and reconstruction by enhancing investment opportunities in various fields and exchanging scientific and cultural expertise," Salih stressed, wishing the new ambassadors success in performing their new duties.
