2nd day: Antalya Diplomatic Forum
During the Antalya Forum session, the Iranian Foreign Minister said, "We are ready to send our ambassador to Saudi Arabia tomorrow," and his Iraqi counterpart indicated that "the tension between Iran and America negatively affects the development of Iraq."
"We are ready to send our ambassador to Saudi Arabia tomorrow, and there is nothing better than negotiations," Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said.
During the Antalya Forum session, Zarif pointed out in his speech that his country had proposed a ceasefire and provision of humanitarian assistance in Yemen since 2014, noting that the war in Yemen lasted six years when Saudi Arabia could have ended it within three weeks.
Iran often expresses its willingness to "conduct talks with Saudi Arabia at any level," considering that "if changing Saudi Arabia's rhetoric does not lead to a change in its behavior, it will not have practical results."
Earlier, the Iranian Foreign Ministry acknowledged Saudi adjusting its tone towards Iran, indicating the possibility of entering a new chapter of constructive cooperation.

As for Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, he said that "the tension between Iran and America negatively affects Iraq's development and leads to a rift in the Iraqi society, creating a political division in the Iraqi parliament."
He added that "the differences between Iran and some Gulf countries negatively affect the process of building Iraq and overcoming the security and political difficulties."
He also pointed out that "the terrorist organization "ISIS" in Iraq has led to the flight of investors and foreign investments from Iraq."
While Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad Maliki stressed that "the Israeli occupation is a major reason for the lack of stability and stability in the region."

Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu explained that the aim of organizing the Antalya Diplomatic Forum is to "strengthen his country's role in the field at the negotiating table and the intellectual fields." He added that the forum, which will be held under the slogan "Innovative Diplomacy: A New Stage and Attitudes", will witness also many bilateral meetings between the participants.
