US sends 2 support convoys to al-Hasakah countryside
The United States forces sent two convoys, including 60 vehicles and several "SDF" vehicles, to support its bases in the al-Hasakah countryside.
In Syria, the United States forces entered two convoys, composed of 60 vehicles carrying logistical supplies from Iraq to support their bases in the al-Hasakah countryside.
According to SANA, the official Syrian news agency, the first convoy included 40 vehicles, accompanied by several "SDF" vehicles, while the second convoy included 20 trucks loaded with logistical materials and equipment. The two convoys headed to Rmelan.
The United States forces repeatedly send convoys of trucks loaded with weapons and military and logistical equipment to al-Hasakah through illegal crossings to reinforce its presence in the area.
A few days ago, sources reported to Al Mayadeen said that the "US forces transported a number of ISIS prisoners in the Industrial Secondary Prison in al-Hasakah towards the Syrian-Iraqi border."
They added that "The Americans previously worked to transport scores of ISIS prisoners toward the borders to use them against the Syrian Arab Army."
In March, the occupation forces transported soldiers and military equipment from Iraqi soil toward the bases it occupies in the al-Hasakah countryside, where four aircraft, including two helicopters, landed in the occupation's base in Ash Shaddadi."
The US coalition intends to establish a new military base in the al-Hasakah countryside at the Syrian, Iraqi, and Turkish border to strengthen its presence. This announcement came in February, in conjunction with the Pentagon announcing that it is giving up what is called protecting Syrian oil fields.
