Palestinian youth stand up to occupation attempts to settle in Al-Quds and Nablus
Palestinian youths confronted the occupation forces in the town of Beita, south of Nablus, and Beit Dajan, to the east of Nablus, resulting in civilian injuries.
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that its crews dealt with nine injuries in Beita, including three with live bullets. Furthermore, four civilians were wounded by rubber bullets during the confrontation with the occupation forces in Beit Dajan, east of Nablus, in addition to dozens of suffocation cases.
These confrontations come after the occupation soldiers fired rubber bullets and tear gas canisters at the participants in the night confusion activities in the town of Beita after the youths set fires near the outpost built on the lands of the mountain. Yesterday, the Palestinians repelled the attacks of the occupation forces in the village of Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya, and in the town of Beita, south of Nablus.
Palestinian activists in occupied Jerusalem (Al-Quds) raised Palestinian flags on the city walls, in a move that angered the Israeli occupation.
Social media activists shared video recordings showing the Palestinian flags on the old walls in the Bab al-Amoud area before they were removed by the occupation forces.
The city of occupied Jerusalem witnessed a state of tension following the settlers’ seizure of a plot of land and two residential rooms in the Wadi Hilweh neighborhood in Silwan town.
For about a month, occupied Jerusalem has witnessed a violent attack launched by the occupation forces, in cooperation with settlers, to displace Palestinian Jerusalemites from dozens of housing units, notably in Silwan town, where residents of 6 neighborhoods face threats of displacement and demolition.
