Hezbollah Claims Responsibility for Bombing Occupation Posts in Shebaa Farms
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon announces that the brigades of the martyrs Ali Kamel Mohsen and Muhammad Qassem Tahan bombed the vicinity of the occupation military posts in the Shebaa Farms region in response to an Israeli attack on Lebanon.
Hezbollah announced that the brigades of the two martyrs Ali Kamel Mohsen and Muhammad Qassem Tahan fired rockets at the vicinity of the occupation posts in the Shebaa Farms regions, according to a statement issued today, Thursday.
Hezbollah said in its statement that firing the rockets came in response to the Israeli raids on open lands in Al-Jarmaq and Al-Shawakir, noting that the bombing was carried out with dozens of 122mm rockets.
Earlier in the day, Al Mayadeen reporter mentioned that sirens sounded in the occupied Golan and the Upper Galilee near the Lebanese-Syrian border.
Reuters quoted a Lebanese security source as saying that the rockets were fired at the occupied territories from the Arqoub area in southern Lebanon.
Israeli media reported that 20 rockets were fired from Lebanon, 10 of which were intercepted, noting that the Israeli army's artillery fired its shells at Shebaa Farms, suspecting that it is the launch place of the rockets.
It is noteworthy that the Israeli Air Force attacked, on Wednesday evening, targets in southern Lebanon, according to what the Israeli media reported, "in response to the firing of 4 missiles from Lebanon" towards "Israel".
