Araghchi: Iran adopted a constructive approach in its engagement to ensure the European Union and the E3 fully honored their commitments and lifted all sanctions.
Araghchi: After a year of Iran’s full compliance with the agreement, it began implementing gradual, proportionate, and reversible compensatory steps in accordance with its recognized rights under the deal.
Araghchi: Iran demonstrated the utmost restraint in the face of repeated and fundamental violations and made extensive efforts to restore balance and preserve the agreement.
In his letter, Araghchi stated: The E3 failed to fulfill their obligations and instead imposed additional illegal sanctions on Iranian individuals and institutions.
Araghchi: These coercive measures constituted a grave violation of international law and the UN Charter, causing severe disruption in the implementation of the agreement.

Deputy Secretary-General of Hezbollah Sheikh Naim Qassem assures Al-Mayadeen that Hezbollah's response this morning was the appropriate response to the Israeli aggression on Lebanon yesterday.

Hezbollah Deputy Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem told Al-Mayadeen that "the Israeli occupation must understand that Lebanon is not an open arena for settling scores," noting that "Israel must remain deterred."

Qassem stressed in a statement from Tehran that "Israel must understand that Lebanon is not an open arena to settle scores and not a place to test its capabilities and provoke or take measures for a project it had in mind."

He explained in a statement for Al-Mayadeen that "Israel must understand that it must remain deterred, or else we will be ready to respond."

Qassem added that Hezbollah responded to aggression and that "the whole world witnessed the aggression, and we cannot remain silent about it."

The Deputy Secretary-General indicated that the party is always ready at any moment to face any development or aggression by "Israel".

He stressed that the resistance always takes precautions adding that, "we do not believe that the situation will escalate."

Sheikh Qassem noted that Hezbollah's response is appropriate, but "Israel can analyze the way it wants."
