Iranian Ships Carry Out the Largest Naval Military Mission
Iranian ships have launched the 75th voyage of a group of Iranian naval vessels to the Atlantic Ocean, the largest military mission in the history of the Iranian navy.
The Iranian Navy Commander, Admiral Shahram Irani, said that the Iranian ships have carried out the largest military mission in the history of the Iranian Navy.
In a press interview, Tuesday, on the occasion of the completion of the 75th voyage of a group of Iranian naval vessels to the Atlantic Ocean, Irani said, "These successes have been achieved in the field of surface and subsurface, in addition to the air, where strategic equipment has been manufactured, and it is hoped that we will soon witness the unveiling of the first Iranian marine engine made entirely in the country."
He pointed out that the Iranian warships overcame all enemies, proving "Iran's strength and power."
Irani also considered that sanctions and threats have never "deterred the Iranians", emphasizing that Iran overcame all obstacles on its own and noting that "the Iranians have always been advocates of peace and love."
He added that the Iranian-made destroyer IRIS Sahand and the helicopter carrier IRINS Makran traveled 45,000 kilometers and returned home with complete success after proving to the enemy and allies the Iranian Navy's capabilities and great potential.
It is worth noting that the Iranian Navy, on its 75th voyage, crossed three important international channels and eight straits and crossed tens of thousands of nautical miles in the seas and oceans without violating any international laws, according to Admiral Shahram Irani.
Earlier last year, the Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Major General Mohammad Bagheri, said that the Iranian Army's naval power abilities thwarted the plans of foreign powers to control the region.
