The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon has risen to 2,867 martyrs, with 13,047 individuals reported injured, as confirmed by the Lebanese Ministry of Health's Operations Center for Public Health on Thursday.

In its daily report, the Center detailed that Israeli airstrikes on Wednesday resulted in 45 additional martyrs and 110 injuries.

For the fourth consecutive week, Israeli occupation forces have relentlessly conducted airstrikes on various villages and towns across Lebanon.

On Thursday evening, they targeted the outskirts of Aabbasiyyeh and executed an air raid on a house in Jwaya, located in the Tyre district, completely demolishing the structure.

On the same evening, the Israeli military issued a new threat to the residents of Nabatieh, demanding their immediate evacuation. The city has already faced intense and continuous bombardments, leading to significant destruction of its infrastructure, including numerous buildings and its well-known commercial market.

In addition, Israeli forces targeted the town of al-Khiam with heavy artillery shelling, attempting to invade its neighborhoods after reaching the outskirts. However, they were forced to retreat due to counterattacks from the Islamic Resistance of Lebanon, which fired rockets to prevent further advancement into the town.

The towns of Jebbayn, Seddiqine, Yohmor, and Doueir also experienced concentrated Israeli artillery bombardments, including the use of phosphorus shells. In the Jezzine district, an Israeli airstrike on Kfar Houneh resulted in injuries among civilians.

Israeli warplanes conducted a series of strikes targeting various neighborhoods in the town of Ansar, followed by additional airstrikes on another neighborhood within the same town. The town of Yohmor in the Nabatieh district endured five airstrikes, coinciding with artillery fire targeting the outskirts of Arnoun.

Moreover, Israeli aircraft broke the sound barrier over Beirut and other regions in Lebanon at low altitudes. Earlier on Thursday, Israeli forces opened fire on the al-Khiam plain and shelled the town of Shebaa with artillery.

Israeli aircraft also targeted the town of Haoush in the Tyre district and launched a drone strike against a vehicle on the Aaraya - Aley road in the Baabda district. In West Bekaa, another drone targeted a car in Qaraoun after an earlier strike on a motorcycle resulted in one martyr.

In Sohmor, the Israeli military conducted three more airstrikes on the town, following two earlier strikes on Thursday morning, leading to three martyrs and several injuries. In western Baalbek, an airstrike on Bouday killed four people.

Israeli aggression on health facilities continues

The Israeli air force continued its assaults on civil defense centers, executing an air raid on the Islamic Scout Association's premises near Khirbet Selm in the Bent Jbeil district.

The Health Authority issued a statement noting that the Israeli occupation regularly targets emergency and rescue teams, systematically attacking paramedics to hinder their humanitarian efforts. The statement detailed recent assaults, including the targeting of an ambulance and its crew near Sheikh Ragheb Harb Hospital on Wednesday, resulting in damage but no injuries.

An emergency point in Tyre was also hit, damaging three ambulances and a fire truck. Another ambulance in Deir al-Zahrani was targeted, leading to one martyr and moderate injuries to two paramedics.

An airstrike on an emergency point in Derdghaiya resulted in the martyrdom of two individuals and the destruction of an ambulance, while another emergency point in Selaa was destroyed without injuries. In Tyre, a second emergency point was targeted, injuring four paramedics, according to the Health Authority.

In a separate statement, the Lebanese Ministry of Health's Operations Center reported that today’s airstrikes resulted in the martyrdom of six paramedics and injuries to four others, bringing the total death toll of paramedics since the onset of the Israeli aggression to 178 martyrs, 279 injuries, and 246 targeted vehicles.

Minister of Health in the caretaker government, Firas Abiad, reported on the toll of assaults on hospitals, noting 55 attacks on medical facilities, including 36 direct hits. These attacks have forced the closure of eight hospitals and resulted in partial operations at seven others.
