Three Israeli settlers were killed in a shooting attack near al-Funduq in the northern occupied West Bank, Israeli media outlets reported on Monday.

The spokesperson for the Shomron Regional Council confirmed a shooting attack targeting two cars and a bus on Route 55, between the village of al-Funduq and Kedumim, as per the reports.

Israeli media described the incident as a "harsh attack", stating that two men carried out the shooting.

The media said that the shooters fled the scene in a vehicle, prompting Israeli forces to launch a search operation in the area. The car, believed to have multiple passengers, was last seen heading toward the Nablus region.

The Israeli ambulance service reported providing medical assistance to four injured settlers at the scene. However, Israeli media later updated the casualty count to six: two desperate cases, one in serious condition, two with moderate injuries, and one with minor injuries.

Israeli settlers burn Palestinian land, attack civilians in West Bank

On Sunday evening, Moataz Ahmed Madani, a 17-year-old Palestinian boy, was killed by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in the Askar Camp in Nablus, West Bank, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported.

The IOF had stormed the camp on Sunday, firing live ammunition, flares, and tear gas. Madani was struck by a live bullet in the chest and was transported to the Rafidia Hospital in Nablus before succumbing to his injuries.

Two other Palestinians sustained injuries after the IOF fired bullets during a raid on the Khallet al-Amoud area east of Nablus.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian Resistance confronted invading forces across the West Bank, particularly the Balata camp in easternmost Nablus.

During the early hours of Monday, the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades stated that they targeted Israeli enemy forces with gunfire and a highly explosive device during the raid on the camp.

The raid, according to the Wafa Palestinian news website, was led by several military vehicles and accompanied by an Israeli bulldozer, which wrecked the camp's streets and infrastructure.

In Qalqilya, the Israeli occupation forces detained six Palestinians, and violently assaulted another, during their raid on the town. Heavy rounds of gunfire were also shot, particularly targeting civilian cars.

Jabal Abu Rumman, a town in al-Khalil in the West Bank, was also stormed by the IOF.

The West Bank has been experiencing daily confrontations, particularly since the onset of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, with towns and cities subjected to constant invasions, large-scale detention campaigns, and casualties among those resisting occupation forces.
