400+ terrorists eliminated in Aleppo, Idlib strikes: Syrian Army
The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) says Syrian air defenses shot down a hostile drone in Qamhana in the northern Hama countryside.
The Syrian Army emphasized Monday its units' readiness and determination to continue their operations and confront terrorist groups to expel them from the north of the country.
A statement issued by the General Command of the Syrian Army and Armed Forces indicated that in 24 hours, operations continued in cooperation with the Russian forces, carrying out focused air, missile, and artillery strikes on terrorist positions, their warehouses, supply lines, and movement corridors in the rural areas of Aleppo and Idlib.
The statement confirmed that the precise strikes carried out by the Syrian Armed Forces, in cooperation with Russian forces, resulted in the destruction of five command centers, and seven ammunition and weapon storage sites, some of which contained drones, in 24 hours.
Additionally, more than 400 terrorists, including individuals of various foreign nationalities, were eliminated in the past hours in the rural areas of Aleppo and Idlib.
The statement also highlighted taking action on several fronts in the countrysides of Aleppo, Hama, and Idlib to encircle and expel terrorists from areas they had entered, securing them fully, and establishing new positions in preparation for the next offensive. These movements are taking place alongside the continued arrival of further military reinforcements to the conflict zones.
Furthermore, the statement stressed that reports of terrorist groups controlling areas, towns, and villages are entirely false and part of the deceptive propaganda being spread by these groups in an attempt to boost the morale of their fighters, many of whom have begun fleeing from various sites and towns due to the heavy losses they have sustained.
The General Command of the Syrian Army and Armed Forces reaffirmed its readiness, determination, and commitment to continue executing its missions with high intensity and great momentum until every inch of Syria is regained.
Meanwhile, the Syrian Ministry of Defense denied reports circulating on terrorist-affiliated pages regarding the targeting of a military meeting or any military leaders in the northern countryside of Hama, labeling them as part of the misinformation and deceit campaigns conducted by armed terrorist organizations to boost the morale of their members.
Syrian Army repels militant groups' attack in Hama countryside
Earlier on Monday, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the Syrian Army, along with allied forces, successfully repelled a fierce attack by militant groups on the village of al-Fan al-Wustani, located northeast of Hama.
Syrian and Russian warplanes targeted a convoy of militant groups in Khan Sheikhoun, Idlib countryside, with two airstrikes early this morning, our correspondent confirmed.
He clarified that the airstrikes had not stopped since last night and continued until dawn, clarifying that the focus was on the southern Idlib countryside and targeted the movements of militants in areas that the Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) terrorist group had entered, such as Khan Sheikhoun and Maaret al-Numan, where the Syrian Army clearly relies on airpower.
Our correspondent also noted that yesterday's strikes extended to the western Aleppo countryside and targeted militants near the al-Hamdaniyah stadium. He added that there were airstrikes on vehicles and movements of militant groups that had entered the city of Aleppo.
Additionally, the Syrian Army dealt with drone attacks in the northern Hama countryside, where several drones used by militants were shot down. These drones were extensively used during recent attacks on Aleppo, Saraqib, and Maaret al-Numan, according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent.
Currently, efforts are underway to reinforce and support advanced front lines. Yesterday, the Syrian Chief of Staff visited the northern Hama front, which represents the primary contact line with militant groups in southern Idlib.
Our correspondent in Damascus said the Syrian Army is working to secure the towns of Taybat al-Imam, Halfaya, and Qalaat al-Madiq in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, adding that the Army is working to establish checkpoints and barriers in the towns it has recaptured in the area.

SANA also quoted a military source confirming that reports circulating on terrorist websites regarding the targeting of a military meeting or any military leaders in northern Hama are untrue.
The source stressed that these reports are part of a disinformation and falsehood campaign by terrorist groups to raise the morale of their fighters and influence the steadfastness of the Syrian people.
Disagreements among terrorist groups over Aleppo governance
Moreover, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Damascus said that disagreements have emerged between militants from the Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham terrorist group and Jaysh al-Islam over the governance of Aleppo city.
Our correspondent said that the disagreements developed into clashes that led to the killing of the leader of the organization, Abu Dhar Muhambal, and the arrest of a number of militants from Jaysh al-Islam.
This comes after armed groups, including those affiliated with the so-called Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham, supported by thousands of foreign terrorists, heavy weapons, and a large number of drones, launched a wide-scale attack from multiple fronts on the Aleppo and Idlib fronts.
