5 killed, including 4 children, in Israeli massacre in Baysariyeh
The Israeli occupation forces persist with their attacks on civilians in Lebanese towns and villages in the South and the Bekaa region.
The Israeli occupation continues its wide-scale aggression on Lebanon, targeting villages in the South and the Bekaa region, leading to a rising number of martyrs.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in southern Lebanon reported that the death toll from the massacre in the town of Baysariyeh, in the Saida district, has risen to five martyrs, including four children, after Israeli airstrikes hit a residential building last night.
Additionally, Israeli airstrikes on Saturday targeted the towns of Bazourieh, Barish, and Khiam, according to our correspondent.
Israeli warplanes also launched strikes on the area between Douair and al-Sharqieh.
Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) reported that Israeli warplanes carried out two consecutive strikes on the town of Maaroub in the Tyre district, while another raid on the town of Mahrouna resulted in civilian casualties.
Moreover, Israeli warplanes bombed the towns of Srifa and Batouliyah, as well as the outskirts of the al-Haoush area in Tyre and the outskirts of Zefta. The occupation forces also destroyed a three-story building in Kaouthariyet al-Siyyad.
In a related development, Al Mayadeen broadcast footage of the aftermath of the Israeli attack on an egg warehouse in the town of Sar'in al-Tahta in the Bekaa region early this morning.

The Israeli assaults are not limited to residential buildings; the occupation also targets Lebanese Army positions and Civil Defense teams
The Lebanese Army announced on Friday that two of its soldiers were martyred and three others were wounded in an Israeli airstrike targeting a military position in the town of Kafra, South Lebanon.
Most recently, the Israeli occupation forces have been repeatedly targeting the headquarters of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) in South Lebanon, endangering the lives of peacekeeping forces.
