A young Palestinian sustained an injury in the abdomen after the Israeli occupation forces opened fire on him.

Four other Palestinians were also shot by live 0.22-inch caliber bullets (Ruger rifle bullets, also known by the nickname Two-Two) during an Israeli raid on Jalazone refugee camp, north of Ramallah.

Two-Twos are live ammunition with a less severe impact than "normal" bullets (5.56 mm caliber), but they can still be lethal and cause serious injuries. Two-Twos are fired with a 10/22 Ruger rifle, which is frequently outfitted with an integral suppressor, or with a specially converted M4 rifle ("a shortened M16").

During the raid, the Israeli occupation forces also arrested three Palestinians.

Furthermore, Wafa news agency reported, citing local sources, that confrontations erupted following an Israeli raid on the camp, resulting in the injury of a young Palestinian with live bullets in the stomach among other injuries.

Footage circulated on social media showing a young man being boldly shot by occupation forces during the raid on the camp.

Local sources have also reported that the occupation soldiers arrested three Palestinians: Released prisoner Saeed Nakhleh (64), Amr Khalil Amer (20), and Ahmed Mahmoud Amer (18), who was severely beaten during his arrest.

The Palestinian Health Ministry announced Saturday at dawn, the martyrdom of released prisoner Yahya Ali Adwan, 27 years old, due to injuries he sustained after the Israeli occupation forces opened fire on him in Kafr Qaddoum village, east of Qalqilya city.

Throughout the holy month of Ramadan, the Israeli occupation forces brutally attacked Palestinians stationed in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and fired rubber bullets at them, gravely injuring young men and journalists, not to mention women and children.
