Dozens of Palestinians were killed and injured as a result of the continued Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip for the 136th day, committing 13 massacres in the past 24 hours.

Medical sources reported the martyrdom of more than 70 people and injuries to others, most of them children and women, in Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling on al-Nuseirat, al-Zawaida, and Deir al-Balah areas.

Five people were martyred in an Israeli airstrike that targeted civilians waiting for the arrival of aid trucks in Gaza City.

The bodies of 16 people martyred in Israeli shelling on Khan Younis in southern Gaza arrived at hospitals, while the bodies of five martyrs, mostly children, were recovered after an Israeli airstrike on northern areas of the Strip.

Israeli shelling also targeted the al-Shujaiya, al-Zeytoun, Tal al-Hawa, and Sheikh Ajleen neighborhoods in Gaza City, while Israeli drones and reconnaissance aircraft flew at low altitudes over various areas in Rafah.

In the same context, civil defense teams are trying to reach missing people under the rubble of a house that was bombed by the Israeli occupation forces in Rafah, housing about 28 people.

Earlier on Sunday, the Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that 28,985 Palestinians have been martyred since the start of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip on October 7, while the number of injured has reached 68,883 people.
