He also pointed out that the province of Sistan and Baluchestan witnessed progress after the revolution, stressing that it is not a deprived area but that it needs more work, especially in activating economic capabilities in order to eliminate poverty and unemployment.
During his visit to the graves of the martyrs of the Chabahar terrorist attack on Thursday, Raisi said in a statement that the country's security keepers of Iran and the "dear border guards" have a very high stance.
Addressing the families of the martyrs, the Iranian president praised the important role that the martyrs played in the security of the region, and stressed that their martyrdom brought security to the country and the region.
It is noteworthy that Raisi's visit to Sistan and Baluchestan comes days after he made his first field visit to Khuzestan province, where he met with people and officials and inaugurated a number of vital projects.
