Gaza's Health Ministry announced that hospitals across the Strip have received 151 martyrs over the past 24 hours, including 116 bodies retrieved from under the rubble, along with 72 wounded.
Rescue and civil defense teams continue to face immense challenges in reaching victims still trapped beneath collapsed buildings or scattered along roads, and the destruction of key infrastructure.
According to the ministry, the total death toll from the Israeli genocide, which began on October 7, 2023, has now reached 67,682, with 170,033 others injured.
The ministry also reported that 320 additional names have been added to the cumulative death toll after the judicial committee tasked with tracking missing people verified casualty data between October 3 and 10, 2025.
Meanwhile, health authorities warned of a deepening humanitarian catastrophe, revealing that 463 deaths have been recorded due to famine and severe malnutrition, including 157 children. Since the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) officially declared a famine in Gaza, at least 185 related deaths have been confirmed, 42 of them children.
Gaza: 9,500 missing as 80% of buildings damaged
Mahmoud Basal, spokesperson for Gaza’s Civil Defense, announced on Saturday that the number of missing persons in the Gaza Strip has risen to 9,500, following 735 days of relentless and genocidal war on the besieged enclave.
Meanwhile, the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) reported that the ongoing Israeli aggression has resulted in the mass displacement of Gaza’s population, with many families forced to displace repeatedly amid continuous bombardment.
According to UNRWA, approximately 80% of all buildings in Gaza have been either destroyed or severely damaged, while nearly all UNRWA facilities have sustained significant damage from Israeli attacks.
The agency also documented more than 790 direct attacks on healthcare workers, patients, and medical facilities since the start of the war in October 2023. UNRWA confirmed that 370 of its staff members have been killed during the assault. Fewer than 40% of hospitals remain operational, all functioning only partially due to ongoing attacks and resource shortages.
UNRWA further noted that 92% of Gaza’s schools now require complete reconstruction or major repairs, with around 90% of UNRWA-run schools damaged by repeated airstrikes.
