Al Mayadeen's correspondent noted that the occupation army opened fire on residents heading toward Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip.
Moreover, our correspondent from central Gaza reported that Civil Defense crews have recovered a large number of martyrs since the ceasefire took effect.
At midnight Thursday-Friday, the Israeli occupation government ratified the Gaza agreement, which stipulates a ceasefire and prisoner exchange.
Resistance announces operations carried out prior to ceasefire
Despite two years of war and genocide in the Strip and repeated Israeli claims of dismantling the Resistance, Palestinian Resistance operations continued unabated, refuting all Israeli claims of victory.
The al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, conducted a series of military operations against the occupation forces in the Gaza Strip over the past few days, prior to the ceasefire taking effect.
On October 8, the Brigades, in conjunction with fighters from the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, destroyed an Israeli armored personnel carrier, northwest of the al-Shati refugee camp in Gaza City, by detonating a previously planted, highly explosive penetrating "Thaqib" explosive device.
On October 9, the Brigades destroyed an Israeli Merkava 4 military vehicle by detonating a previously planted, highly explosive "Thaqib" explosive device in the same area.
On September 29, the Brigades announced the destruction of an Israeli D9 military bulldozer by detonating a highly explosive device in the vicinity of the Al-Bisan Hall in the al-Shati refugee camp.
In a parallel development, the Martyr Omar al-Qassem Forces, the military wing of the Democratic Front, announced that its fighters, in collaboration with the Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, the military wing of the Resistance Committees, had detonated a highly explosive landmine on September 27, targeting an Israeli tank near Third Street in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City.
Fighters from the Martyr Omar al-Qassem Forces also reported, upon their return from the frontlines, the detonation of a highly explosive landmine on September 29, targeting an Israeli armored personnel carrier near the intersection of al-Oyoun Street and the bridge in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City.
