Adnan to Al Mayadeen: IOF arrested PFLP liberated prisoners
The head of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Khader Adnan, told Al Mayadeen that the Israeli occupation forces are conducting arrests against liberated prisoners of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
On Tuesday, released Palestinian prisoner and head of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Khader Adnan, told Al Mayadeen that a campaign of arrests is being launched by the Israeli occupation forces in west Jenin, targeting liberated prisoners of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).
Adnan detailed that Jaafar and Hasan Abou Saleh, as well as Issam al-Lahlouh, were arrested.
On Monday, the Freedom Tunnel prisoners were beaten by members of the Israeli occupation prisons service during the court session, which took place in al-Nasirah on December 6.
Moreover, the Israeli occupation court forced the journalists who were covering the proceedings of the session of the Freedom Tunnel prisoners to leave.
In September, despite the re-arrest of four of the prisoners who had broken out of Gilboa Prison, Adnan revealed that the Israeli occupation was "defeated", adding that the attacks on the prisoners should embolden the Palestinians.
Adnan had called for an "Intifada of Freedom for the Prisoners" in an interview for Al Mayadeen, adding that all Palestinians, other Arabs, and Muslims should support the prisoners and focus their rage on the Israeli occupation.
