After second ICJ hearing, 'Israel' cuts internet, telecoms in Gaza
The occupation entity imposes complete blackout in the besieged Strip to facilitate continuing its genocide away from media coverage.
The Palestinian Telecommunications Company announced on Friday the complete outage of mobile, landline, and internet communication services in wide areas of Gaza due to the ongoing Israeli aggression.
This is the seventh time that the telecom sector was shut down in the Strip due to Israeli bombing and blockade on fuel entry since the launch of the aggression, as the occupation continues to attempt to isolate Gaza from the world and impose a complete media blackout to facilitate its ongoing massacres against the people.

The telecom crash comes as the International Court of Justice ICJ completed on Friday its second hearing on a case filed by South Africa against the occupation entity on charges of committing genocide in Gaza.
The lawsuit, filed in December, seeks emergency measures from the ICJ to immediately halt "Israel's" genocidal campaign in the Gaza Strip and enforce a ceasefire.
During the second day of the hearing, and despite South Africa presenting a comprehensive document citing Israeli top military and political officials calling directly or indirectly for genocide in Gaza, "Israel" urged judges to dismiss the case, claiming that the calls to cease its aggression lacked merit.
The Israeli position was aggressively backed by the United States, which was later joined by Germany which announced it would get involved as a third party in favor of "Israel."
On the other hand, a significant number of countries announced their backing of South Africa's case.
