Saudi sources revealed to Al Mayadeen Friday at dawn that large explosions rocked the Jizan region and other areas.

The sources reported a large-scale airstrike targeted vital facilities in several southern regions in Saudi.

Al Mayadeen was told that the details of the operation targeting the Saudi military and vital facilities would be revealed by the Yemeni armed forces on Friday afternoon in a statement to be delivered by its spokesman.

According to the same sources, it is the first time a date is set in order to reveal details of a military operation, hours after its implementation.
