Al-Aqsa Brigades engage military checkpoints, Israeli bus in West Bank

As an initial response to the Rafah Massacre, Resistance fighters in the occupied West Bank have carried out several operations targeting the Israeli occupation.

The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - Tulkarm Brigade - announced on Monday that it targeted a military checkpoint in the Mevo Dotan settlement with machine guns, alongside a bus taken by settlers on the roundabout street of the settlement in westernmost Jenin in the West Bank, as an initial response to the massacre in Rafah. 

In a statement, the Brigades also revealed that its fighters also targeted the Sanaoz military checkpoint, in west Tulkarm, with machine guns.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent in occupied Palestine had reported earlier that Resistance fighters attacked the Dotan military checkpoint west of Jenin and clashed with Israeli occupation forces. Local media also relayed that Resistance fighters engaged Israeli occupation soldiers at the Salem crossing near West Jenin. 

On its part, the al-Quds Brigades - Jenin Kafr Dan Brigade - announced that its fighters clashed with Israeli soldiers raiding the town of Kafr Dan and engaged their vehicles with mines.

Palestinian youth killed by IOF north of al-Khalil

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that 14-year-old Majd Aramin was killed by IOF fire near the town of Sa’ir, north of al-Khalil in the southern West Bank on Sunday night.

The Israeli occupation forces killed Aramin, accusing him of allegedly "attempting to carry out a stabbing attack."

Local Palestinian media reported that the occupation forces prevented Palestinian paramedics from providing medical treatment to the child after he was injured. He was left on the ground to bleed to death. 

The occupation army dispatched security reinforcements to the area, established a security cordon, and conducted a raid and search operation.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that the number of casualties in the West Bank and al-Quds since October 7 has reached 519, 200 of them since the beginning of this year.
