Al-Qassam Brigades retaliate, bomb Isdud, Askalan with rockets
The al-Qassam Brigades have launched a salvo of rockets toward Isdud [Ashdod] and Askalan [Ashkelon] in response to "Israel's" massacres against Palestinians in Gaza.

The Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas's military wing, announced that its fighters targeted the Israeli-occupied city of Isdud [Ashdod] with a barrage of rockets in response to the Israeli massacres of Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
Israeli media had reported sirens in the center of occupied Palestine, as well as in Askalan [Ashkelon] and Isdud [Ashdod]. Israeli media also noted that seven rockets targeted Isdud [Ashdod].
Meanwhile, the spokesperson for the Israeli military stated that ten rockets were fired from Gaza, claiming that some were intercepted.
Three settlers were reported injured in Askalan, with panic spreading among settlers and significant damage to cars, buildings, and streets due to direct hits in the occupied town, as well as in the Shefela region south of Tel Aviv.

Meanwhile, the Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades announced that its fighters downed an Israeli EVO MAX drone in northernmost Gaza.
26 Palestinians were killed and 113 were injured in 24 hours, Gaza’s Ministry of Health reported, as Israeli attacks on the besieged enclave continue unabated.
In a statement released Sunday, the ministry confirmed that several victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, where emergency and civil defense crews are unable to reach them due to ongoing Israeli assualts.
The health authorities noted that since March 18, 2025, at least 1,335 people have been killed, and 3,297 have been injured, highlighting a steep escalation in the humanitarian crisis.
The cumulative toll from the Israeli genocide, which began on October 7, 2023, has now reached 50,695 killed and 115,338 injured, according to the ministry’s latest figures.
