Moreover, the Brigades also underscored that it had targeted the occupied city of Beer Al Sabe with a missile salvo and that this came in response to the Israeli occupation’s massacres across the Gaza Strip.
The Al-Qassam Brigades also bombed the occupied city of Askalan with a missile salvo as part of its response to the Israeli massacres in addition to targeting IOF groupings near the “Mavkiim” settlement with a missile salvo.
For their part, the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, claimed responsibility for bombing the "Mivtahim" Kibbutz with a missile salvo in response to the ongoing occupation massacres conducted against civilians in the Gaza Strip.

In turn, the National Resistance Brigades - Forces of the Martyr Omar Al-Qasim, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, bombed the Israeli “Kissufim” military site with a number of mortar shells.
Furthermore, the Al Mayadeen correspondent reported that sirens were sounding in the Israeli settlements located in the Gaza Envelope and in the occupied city of Beer al-Seba, in addition to the occupied city of Askalan.
The Palestinian resistance continues to bombard the occupation’s settlements and concentrations, while Israeli anxiety related to the growing talk about the “ground attack on the Gaza Strip” and its feasibility and extent of success is deepening over its failure.
A Gaza ground operation will be costly
In this regard, the Israeli Channel 12 conducted an interview with the Commissioner of Complaints for Soldiers and Major Generals in the Israeli Reserve, Yitzhak Brik, in which he confirmed that the IOF "needs several months to be ready to enter Gaza with all its strength."
In his speech, the Brik highlighted the readiness of the Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip for any upcoming Israeli ground operation in Gaza, saying that it "apparently knows where we will enter from, and has prepared explosive devices and mines, and has mined everything."
He warned that the IOF would face, if it entered Gaza, an “organized defense” planned by the Resistance just as it planned the attack of October 7th.
Brik also noted that the IOF, if they entered Gaza, would face heavy fire from anti-armor missiles. With the presence of explosive devices and severe attrition of forces, he described the result by saying: "We will emerge covered in blood."

Brik significantly revealed that the IOF that had arrived lately and have been stationed in areas parallel to the Gaza Strip included several units that "have not trained for 5 years, with many units lacking equipment until now," indicating that many units are generally unaware of the difficult challenges facing the IOF, adding "they do not know what this is, they have not studied it, and they have not obtained the combat means they need."
The IOF General also stressed that the IOF required months to “prepare the army that is about to enter [Gaza] so that it is ready,” calling for awareness of the possibility of a regional war erupting as a result of entering Gaza alongside the possibility of the situation exploding in the West Bank and the occupied 1948 Palestinian territories.
As for the situation in Gaza, Brik called for continued aerial aggression against the Gaza Strip reaffirming the importance of tightening the siege imposed on the Strip until it reaches “suffocation.”
This is necessary so that "after six months," Brik noted, "the Israeli army will be able to be more prepared."
This has to be achieved, the occupation general said in parallel with strengthening the northern front with Lebanon.
